What is the commission on bookings?+
Total Plan 30% + VAT (full management), Digital Plan 15% + VAT (online management) or Tailored Plan with a fixed fee on request. The final proposal is presented after a free assessment of the property.
Do you handle short-term rental licensing?+
Yes. We handle RNAL registration, communications with the tax authority, City Hall and other legal obligations.
