OesteGest is the entity responsible for processing personal data collected through the site and services provided.

We collect identification data (name, email, phone), booking data and, where applicable, data required for SEF/AIMA registration.
3. Purposes
Data is used to respond to information requests, manage bookings, invoicing, comply with legal obligations and communicate with owners and guests.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on explicit consent, contract performance and compliance with applicable legal obligations.
5. Retention
Data is retained strictly for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes and applicable legal obligations.

7. Subprocessors
We use subprocessors for technical services (web hosting, invoicing, booking platforms). All comply with GDPR.
