General conditions for use of the site oestegest.pt and the services provided by OesteGest.

1. Identification

2. Local Lodging registration
The properties marketed are registered in the National Registry of Local Lodging (RNAL) under Decree-Law 128/2014. The RNAL number of each unit appears on its listing.
3. Scope
These terms govern access to and use of oestegest.pt, as well as short-term rental management, cleaning, laundry, maintenance and administrative support services.
4. Bookings
Bookings made through the site are subject to confirmation and availability. The contract is deemed concluded after written confirmation by OesteGest.
5. Payments
Prices shown include VAT at the legal rate in force. Payment is processed in accordance with the specific conditions of each service or booking.
6. Civil liability insurance
Under art. 13 of DL 128/2014, the activity is covered by civil liability insurance. Insurer and policy number are shown in the site footer.
7. Right of withdrawal
As the service is accommodation provided on a specific date or period, the right of withdrawal under DL 24/2014 does not apply (art. 17(1)(l)).
8. Liability
OesteGest is committed to providing quality services. We are not liable for damages resulting from force majeure or improper use of the facilities.
9. Jurisdiction
Any dispute shall be settled by the court of Torres Vedras, with express waiver of any other.
